Hands-On Physio is a well established accredited ACC endorsed provider clinic in Howick/ Dannemora run by experienced physiotherapists with a passion for providing hands-on care to promote the health and well-being of our clients. We prefer to use our hands for numerous treatment techniques, as well as exercise prescription, to improve joint mobility, release trigger points and restore muscle flexibility.  At Hands-On Physio we are now also able to provide treatment using the PIM (Physioitherapy Instrument Mobilization) - a hand-held mobilising device which produces remarkable results in restoring joint range of movement and releasing trigger points. We also offer massage therapy, as well as some alternative treatment techniques such as acupuncture, reflexology, and cranio-sacral therapy. At Hands-On Physio we are able to treat a wide range of injuries, acute and chronic, as well as provide rehabilitation after surgery, relieve headaches and sinus pain (not related to allergies), and assist you to return fully to your usual daily activities and sports.
